  • Describe the 5 bases of power and which ones will best work for them.
  • Identify their current skill sets as a leader and develop a brief plan for strengthening other ones they recognize as critical to their success.
  • Plan how to build valuable relationships with important stakeholders, using all their tools and skills (and Emotional Intelligence).
  • Recognize the difference between Leading and Managing and when each is appropriate.
