On the Road with Google Drive

Everyone knows about Gmail and Google searching, but how much do you actually know about Google Drive? This fun and informative class will introduce participants to Google Drive and many of the tools it uses to increase productivity, ease collaboration, and organize an online life.

After this program, participants will be able to:

  • Set up a Google account, without using Gmail
  • Create and share documents using Google Drive, including custom settings and reviewing revision history
  • Work on documents or spreadsheets offline
  • Create a basic form to collect and organize information

Note: This can be a 3-hour or a 5-hour program. It can be hands-on or lecture, demonstration, and group discussion based. The consultant will work with you to determine the best format and what content can be included.
