Karen Klapperstuck

Karen Klapperstuck is the Head of Reference and Virtual Services at the Monroe Township Public Library. Previously, she was the Director of the Bradley Beach Public Library. She received her MSLS from the Catholic University of America in 2000. In her 15 years as a librarian, she has had numerous roles in the New Jersey Library Association, including Member at Large on the Executive Board, Chair of Fundraising, Chair of Leadership and Education, Conference Co-Chair and NJLA President (2012-2013). Karen is also a graduate of NJLA Emerging Leaders, ALA Emerging Leaders, and the NJ Academy of Library Leadership.
