With more than fifteen years experience in staff development and training, Lori is a North Carolina Master Trainer and a certified Synchronous Learning Expert. In 2009, Lori was named a Mover & Shaker by Library Journal for the work she has done to promote lifelong learning in libraries and to give equal opportunities within libraries to support staff.
