Strategic Planning: Throughout the summer, LibraryLinkNJ staff and Executive Board members worked with this project’s lead consultant, Abby Straus, to review and refine our Strategic Plan’s goals, strategies, and framework. We will begin rolling out the finalized document for review and conversation with member libraries later in the fall.

Delivery Service: The open period for Request for Proposals (RFP) from prospective vendors closed on Thursday, September 21. All vendor proposals are now being reviewed by the Delivery Task Force RFP Subcommittee, who will present a recommendation to the Executive Board at their next meeting on October 19. The Delivery Task Force RFP Subcommittee members are:
