Internal Customer Service

We’ve all heard about the importance of customer service, but do you apply it to your coworkers?  Why not? Customer service is about making the customer feel valued and respected. This is good in every interaction you have regardless of the setting. By practicing good CS skills internally, you build a culture of trust, respect, and excellence in all areas. This is a half-day (3 hours) program.

In this course learn

  • Why Internal Customer Service is important.
  • How to create and implement some basic internal customer service measures to build teamwork and internal respect/trust.
  • How this will create better external customer service.
