Notes for Suggested Programs:
You are not limited to applying your subsidy to the programs on this list. We provide this information as helpful suggestions.
- If you choose from this list, LLNJ has already negotiated standard speaking fee pricing for LLNJ member libraries.
- When discussing the program with the consultant/vendor, tell them that this is potentially an LLNJ subsidized program and if your request for a subsidy is approved, the negotiated standard speaking fee applies.
- Pricing for vendors on the recommended list is available upon request. Contact Mi-Sun Lyu, firstname.lastname@example.org
These programs are with consultants we know and have worked with successfully. The program descriptions are largely for programs 3 hours in length. Most can be customized for length and to meet the specific needs of your participants. Check each to see if there is a special note about length and audience.
All workshops are designed to be interactive. Some may require “hands-on” and others may be a combination of lecture, demonstration, and group discussion. You need to inquire of the training consultant which techniques they employ.
Most programs are designed to be for all library staff. Where it is recommended that the content is best for specific types or sets of staff, it is so noted.
