We look forward to funding applications under the Powering Up: Library Charging Stations initiative. The deadline for this funding opportunity is April 28.
Powering Up will promote the New Jersey library community’s goals of being safe havens and centers of community support, articulating their value, and supporting library user technology by awarding funds for the purchase of secure public device charging stations for up to 12 of our members.
We hope your interest is piqued. We’ve budgeted $75,000 for this project and look forward to reading your wonderful applications, issuing awards, and later learning about the impact of the project on your libraries. Applications are due by 4:00 pm on Friday, April 28, 2017.
