Vine is an app that allows you to create &  post 6-second videos (yes, just six seconds) using your iPhone. UPDATE: Vine is now available in the Google Play store, too:

Vine App in Google Play

It is very easy to use and allows users to cross-post their videos to Twitter and/or Facebook. Lots of libraries and library staff are using Vine to document new materials, programs, building and departmental transformations and more. You can follow hashtags like #library, #libraries, #books, #reading, and so on.
