I started working at the Sussex County Library System about 10 years ago and have worked in many different departments. I started in circulation, worked in Youth Services and am now the head of the IT/Systems Department. The library system has had some major technology changes in the past few years, including implementing a new library app, changing to a new print & time management system and replacing outdated network infrastructure.
I am also the System Administrator for our ILS, and oversee our discovery and reporting tools as well.
I enjoy troubleshooting tricky technology problems and finding ways to make technology more accessible for both our staff and the public.
