This initiative will launch with full details the week of December 5 via the website, lists, forum, and E-Update. It will also be a major part of the “Mobile Strategies for Libraries” staff presentation at the Dec 8 Membership Meeting. Select your location and register now for the Membership Meeting! Migrating from Listservs to Online Forums |
New Year, New Communications! On January 3, 2012, the infolink-l listserv and CJRLC Google Group will be retired, paving the way for our members to communicate with each other and with The Cooperative via the discussion Forums on our website.
To view and contribute to discussion threads on the Forums, you will need to sign up for a User Account. Please see the recent announcement of these changes for full details. Some members are already using the forums -- we welcome your participation!

NJ Libraries on Twitter & Facebook |
Recently, Bordentown High School Librarian Kate Nesi (@mrsnesi) started a conversation on the infolink-l listserv about libraries and librarians on Twitter, which took off like a rocket, expanding to several other listservs and to a related conversation about libraries on Facebook. We compiled the results and posted them to the Follow NJ Libraries on Twitter & Facebook thread in the Technology Forum. Take a look, share where your library can be found on Twitter and Facebook, follow and like your colleagues, and most of all: join in the conversation!
