I have worked in libraries for over 30 years and am committed to providing high quality learning support to library communities.

I have been the Director of the Hasbrouck Heights Public Library since the fall of 2006.  I first came on board as the Assistant Director in 1999. Before that time, my library career began at the Passaic Public Library.

I have proudly served my hometown Library and community since 2016.  I am currently working on certification through the Tennessee State Library in their Public Library Management Institute.

Hi! My name is Natalie Niziolek and I am currently the Director at Franklin Township Public Libray, a small municipal library in Gloucester County.

My name is Melody Scagnelli-Townley and I am the Library Director at Bayonne Public Library. Before becoming the Director, I spent seven months as the Interim Director. Before that, I was the Outreach Librarian for 3.5 years.

I've worked in various customer service sectors in leadership roles - restaurant, retail, television, and libraries. Supervision, change management, and special projects are my wheelhouse areas.

I have been an energetic leader of our library’s Lending Services department for almost 15 years. I oversee and contribute to an excellent customer experience for our visitors.

Jen Sulligan is the Adult Services Department Supervisor at Somerset County Library System of New jersey's Hillsborough branch.

I have been the Director of the Matawan Aberdeen Public Library since the fall of 2010, and previous to that time, I was the Branch Manager and Head of Teen Services at the Elizabeth Public Library. My career in libraries spans 22+ years. 

Since 2013, I have served in supervisory roles and administration in public libraries.
