Natalie Niziolek

Hi! My name is Natalie Niziolek and I am currently the Director at Franklin Township Public Libray, a small municipal library in Gloucester County. I started my career over a decade ago as a Children's and Teen Librarian in the Ocean County Library system, moving up to manage small and medium branches both in the Ocean County and Burlington County systems. I served as Assistant Director at Cape May County Library for three years until taking on the role of Director at Franklin Township Library. Over the years, I have worked in programming, from storytimes to full day festivals with over 1,000 attendees, and creating relationships with local community partners. I recently acquired the SHRM-CP certification from the Society of Human Resource Management with several years of experience handling HR issues. I have worked to create strong teams in every place I go and look forward to sharing my knowledge with a mentee! On a personal note, I am a huge reader (mostly mysteries, fantasy, sci-fi) and love to game (board games and video games).
