Growth Zone: Psychological Safety and Motivational Drivers**
How do you know if employees feel safe and motivated to contribute? How can you optimize something without measuring and visualizing it?
Individuals rarely excel as a team unless they feel psychologically safe and motivated to collaborate, innovate and contribute. By creating the right conditions, they are able to turn their differences into synergy and outperform the competition.
This interactive team coaching program will introduce participants to Growth Zone; a framework for optimizing the group’s effectiveness by measuring Psychological Safety and Motivational Drivers.
Measure l Visualize l Strategize
Participants will:
- Complete an anonymous Growth Zone assessment, prior to the program
- Participate in a guided debrief of the team report
- Discuss the data-driven results and strategize solutions using a shared vocabulary and frame of reference
- Participate in Team Quest assignments after the session
- Take a follow-up assessment (Growth Assessment) to identify how the changes have improved their scores
- Strategize additional steps that need to be implemented to raise Psychological Safety and Motivational Drive

Designed for teams, leaders and individuals seeking to foster a greater awareness of themselves and others who think and behave differently, their working styles and communication preferences in order to leverage unique perspectives.
It provides attendants with neutral vocabulary to discuss differences in individual, group or even national behavior and communication style. It reveals their cognitive diversity, team blind spot, mindset gap between individuals and teams if required. The more we understand ourselves and others the more open we are to different perspectives and better equipped to challenge our assumptions. Creating an environment where everyone feels valued, understood and respected resulting in greater psychological safety and motivation.

Participants will:
- Complete the Global DISC assessment
- Learn about the 3 layers of their identity, WHAT, HOW and WHY they think and behave the way they do
- Recognize the cognitive diversity of their team and the mindset gap between their own preferences and what is expected around them
- Gain greater understanding that everyone has unique perspectives and experiences that can contribute to the success of an organization
- Receive access to a 3 month long interactive learning platform designed for their Global DISC result to expand their comfort zone and enhance their behavioral flexibility
