About Me

I have been working as a professional librarian and archivist for over eleven years - here at the Plainfield Public Library since 2008. I'm responsible for managing the Library’s archive and special collections, supervising the department staff, archive volunteers and student interns, grant writing, as well helping our patrons. I also assist with the creation and maintenance of the department’s web pages, online exhibits, and online image collections browser. I'm a member of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Archives Conference (MARAC) and the New Jersey Library Association (NJLA), and am currently the editor for "The Chronicle," the quarterly newsletter of the NJLA History & Preservation Section.
