This annual series of training workshops in supervisory skills has been serving the New Jersey library community for over 10 years.

Five full-day workshops -- Participants must attend all sessions.

Workshop topics are:

  • What it Means to be a Supervisor
  • Communication Skills
  • True Colors (Improving Work Relationships) & Mentoring/Coaching
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Personnel Documentation & Evaluation

Continental breakfast and networking from 9:00 to 9:30 am.

No more than two participants from one library organization.

This series fills quickly.  No registrations will be accepted before the opening date and time.
