We, the Hunterdon County Library System, have received a Project Award from the Bloomberg American Health Initiative to develop a pilot training module for youth-serving library staff about fitness/health and expanding the fitness/health offerings in their facility.
To help guide us in the development of that training, we have set up a survey to ask youth-serving library staff at public libraries some questions about any fitness or health programming they may have already conducted in their library, as well as gauge their interest in doing something like this in the future.
Please take this Movement Programming for Youth in Libraries Survey at:

Movement based interventions have proven to have positive outcomes for both physical and mental health. We're interested in what you think about movement and exercise in libraries.
This survey was developed by Emily Witkowski (Hunterdon County Library System), Wesley Jamison (MissionFit Baltimore), and Emma Fay (Community Action Partnership of San Luis Obispo - CAPSLO) in partnership for a Collaboration Project Award through the Bloomberg American Health Initiative. Information gathered through this survey will help guide development of a pilot training module for youth-serving library staff about fitness/health and expanding the fitness/health offerings in their facility.
