The Importance of Self-Awareness
Online via Zoom
Event Description

Self-awareness is the keystone to all that we say, all that we do, and all that we strive to
be. People think they are self-aware...but are they really? This workshop clearly defines
self-awareness and provides strategies to help us all be more aware of how we see
ourselves, how others see us and how we fit into the world.
Program Goals
1. To have a deeper understanding of what it means to be self-aware
2. To examine the different components of self-awareness
3. To identify specific strategies to become more self-aware
