LLNJ Skill Sharing Conversation

Topic: Skill-Sharing Conversation: Cooking Classes at the Library

Learn how to adapt and enhance your library’s existing volunteer program to support the workforce-related needs of neurodivergent and intellectually and developmentally disabled (IDD) individuals. Explore how to establish partner relationships, understand and respond to the needs of participants, develop staff training, and assess outcomes to sustain your program and improve existing library services.

Join us as we share advice on how to create more inclusive volunteer opportunities at your library. Come ready to share with and learn from your library colleagues across the state. All are welcome!
