Creating a Caim Culture

Caim (pronounced ky-em) is one of the most prominent symbols in Celtic culture and means protection or sanctuary. It also represents unity, wholeness, and connection.

With those principles in mind, Licensed Professional Counselor Alexis Kilduff of Caim Counseling will lead this one-hour webinar designed to help attendees improve the culture of a workplace to one that is more unified, whole, emotionally safe, and compassionate. It is very difficult to work in a place where you do not feel valued, encouraged, or impactful; this can be especially demoralizing when you work in public service. However, there are initiatives that can be undertaken to improve the culture of a workplace, growing it into one with resilient and empowered employees, which in turn improves the strength of the organization overall.

Following her successful presentation on "Real Self Care" at last spring's MentorNJ Mega Meetup, the MentorNJ Task Force and LibraryLinkNJ are pleased to bring you this follow-up webinar with Alexis that will help us all examine the culture of our workplace, and what we can do to make it a more inclusive, unified, and safe space.

All are encouraged to join us on Friday, January 19th at 2pm for this free, virtual event; no LibraryLinkNJ account is required!
