The COVID-19 pandemic has created new challenges for library staff across the country. To continue to help their communities, libraries across New Jersey have found new ways to apply technological solutions to meet many of these challenges.
We invite you to spend a morning for a fast-paced introduction to the many tools New Jersey libraries use for chat, remote assistance, scheduling, staff training and remote working during a pandemic.
