Event Description
Over the past several years, New Jersey’s growing Office of Innovation has partnered with other state agencies to build popular platforms that help our communities more easily access the government tools and information they need. This includes business growth tools (Business.NJ.gov), disability programs (NJ.gov/disabilities), leave resources for family medical and maternity leave, and more.
In this webinar, the OOI team will provide a brief overview of how they approached each challenge and collaborated with users to develop more human-centered solutions. They will also demonstrate the actual tools, which you can use to enhance your library services or programs and confidently share with your library community.
