Event Description
We are pleased to inform you that Governor Phil Murphy’s Deputy Chief of Staff of Outreach, Dr. Deborah Cornavaca and her team will meet with representatives of New Jersey Libraries on Friday, June 12, 2020 at 3 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to get input from libraries on their recommendations for reopening New Jersey’s libraries.
Space is limited to attend this Zoom Town Hall meeting. We are encouraging library directors and persons charged with decision making at their libraries to register to attend. Registrations will be accepted through Wednesday, June 10, or until capacity is achieved.
We are delighted to have this opportunity to provide input. Thank you all for your grassroots advocacy. Special thanks to the Policy & Advocacy work group of the TOPCATS. And thanks to LibraryLinkNJ, NJLA, NJSL, NJASL, NJLTA, VALE & NJALA for working together on behalf of New Jersey’s library community.
