About Me

Phillip serves as Executive Director of the Main Library Alliance (Main), the technology backbone and shared services network for over 60 public libraries in northwestern New Jersey. Since joining Main in 2015, Phillip has led Main through its most significant period of organizational evolution and growth. He was part of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce’s LEAD Morris Class of 2022, and Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Hunterdon Class of 2024. He holds an MLIS and MPA from Rutgers University, and a BA from Manhattanville College. Phillip's work experience spans the library, logistics, and facilities management fields in both the public and private sectors.
