Notes for Voting Representatives:

  • We can only accept votes cast in person, so your presence to vote is essential.
  • We should have you listed as the Voting Representative for your library or school district in our database.
  • You can double-check this status by going to the Voting Representative List.
  • Please use our Website Support Form if the voting rep information for your library needs to be updated.
  • Voting Representatives are being given priority to register first, followed by the general membership. Registration details below.
  • Proxy Voting:
    • Per our bylaws, a Voting Representative is limited to representing up to two other Voting Representatives by proxy.

Keynote: The Transformative Power of Books
by Eric Smith

Eric will join us to deliver a keynote address that celebrates the power and potential of libraries; in particular, how the public library impacted his own life as a child (shout out to the Elmora Branch of the Elizabeth Public Library), and the joy of witnessing this power firsthand as someone who now works both as a children's book author and a literary agent representing books in libraries, the power they have.

Registration is now closed.
If you have questions or need assistance, please use our Website Support Form.

The meeting is open to all LibraryLinkNJ member library staff, but we need to balance three factors affecting registration for this meeting:

  1. Member interest
  2. Ensuring a quorum of Voting Representatives
  3. Maintaining a maximum of 175 attendees due to the venue capacity

As a result, we will open registration to Voting Representatives first, followed by general registration two weeks later:

  1. Registration for Voting Representatives opens on Monday, May 13, 2024. We urge you to register by May 26, ahead of the general membership registration opening on May 27.
    • Voting Representatives should be listed on our Voting Representatives list and will need to login into their LLNJ User Accounts to access the registration link.
    • If you are a Voting Representative and are not listed, please fill out our Website Support Form. Once we update your status, you will be able to login and register for the membership meeting.
  2. Registration for all members opens on Monday, May 27, 2024.

We will announce the opening of both registration periods via email blast.

Deadline for all Registration: Monday, June 10, 2024.
