Super Library Supervisors Workshop, Fall 2024 (FY25)
Event Description

This series of training workshops in supervisory skills has been serving the New Jersey library community for more than 20 years. This fall, our workshop series will return to an in-person format!
*Our virtual option will return in Spring 2025*

- Knowing Your Strengths
All sessions will be held at Monroe Township Library in Monroe Township (Middlesex County), NJ.
Target Audience:
- Library staff who are currently supervisors and have less than five years of supervisory experience.
- Participants MUST be actively working as a supervisor at the time the series begins.
- More experienced supervisors are welcome, if this is their first supervisory training.
Registration Information
- This is a series of 4 workshops. Participants are required to attend all 4 workshops and will be asked to indicate that they have the support of their employer before completing the registration process.
- Space is limited to 30 participants.
- Registration opens at 8:00 AM on Monday, July 22 and closes on Friday, September 13th.
If the registration numbers exceed capacity, 30 participants will be chosen via a lottery system.
Cost: $375, inclusive of all available course materials, continental breakfasts and lunches for all 4 sessions.

LibraryLinkNJ subsidizes the cost of each class to make high-quality, low-cost training available to staff of member libraries. Please pay registration fees promptly to complete your registration.
Cancellation policy:
- You may cancel up to ten (10) business days before a scheduled class/event without penalty and receive a credit for another class or a full refund. If you cancel less than ten days before, you are responsible for payment, except in cases where LibraryLinkNJ cancels the class/event.
- LibraryLinkNJ reserves the right to cancel the program in the event of a technical issue or any emergency situation involving the speaker. If LibraryLinkNJ cancels a class, you will receive a credit toward another class or a full refund.
- In the event of a class cancellation, we will make every effort to notify you in advance.
