About Me

I serve as Executive Director of the Main Library Alliance (Main), the technology backbone and shared services network for 51 public libraries in the Greater Morris-Hunterdon area. Since joining Main in 2015, Phillip has led Main through its most significant period of organizational evolution and growth. Phillip is an active member of New Jersey’s library community, currently serving on the LibraryLinkNJ Executive Board, New Jersey Library Association’s Finance Committee, and the Public Library Association’s Technology Committee. He is also part of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce’s LEAD Morris Class of 2022, Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Hunterdon Class of 2024, and holds an MLIS from Rutgers University, a BA from Manhattanville College, and extensive experience in the library, logistics, and facilities management fields in both the public and private sectors.
