You are invited to attend our Spring Membership Meeting to learn more about LibraryLinkNJ’s programs and services, our recent accomplishments, and our future plans. Our membership meeting is open to all member library staff, but space is limited and you must register. You don’t need to be a Voting Representative to attend.

LibraryLinkNJ will present the proposed Strategic Plan for FY2023-25, the proposed FY2023 budget and Executive Board slate. We will ask Voting Reps in attendance to affirm these documents, which will shape our work in FY2023 (July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023) and beyond.

Meeting Documents:
We will make all meeting documents available to the membership for review in a timely manner, at least two weeks ahead of the meeting.

Notes for Voting Representatives

  • We can only accept online votes cast by voting reps, so your presence to vote is essential. Because the meeting is virtual, we will not be able to accommodate proxy voting. 
  • We should have you listed as the Voting Representative for your library or school district in our database.
  • You can double-check this status by going to the Voting Representative List.
  • Please complete the Voting Representative Update Form (user login required), if the information for your library needs to be updated.

The meeting will be recorded and will be made available for all LLNJ members to view.

Registration Information


  • It is open to all LibraryLinkNJ member library staff.
  • Registration is required as the meeting room capacity is limited to 500 participants.
  • Registration is now closed (Registration deadline: 12 pm, Monday, June 20, 2022.)
