LibraryLinkNJ is proud to partner with the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights (DCR) for an important webinar that explores the ins and outs of the NJ Law Against Discrimination in the Workplace. DCR staff will coordinate and run a special section of this valuable training just for New Jersey library workers!

Program Description from NJ DCR

This training will help participants gain knowledge about employment rights and obligations under New Jersey's Law Against Discrimination (LAD). We will look at different types of discrimination claims, the protected characteristics under the LAD and much more.
