Leadership Strategies for Success. PDA Leadership Series Part 1

Leadership is the ability and skill to influence and/or guide individuals or groups to a desired outcome. The goal of this webinar is for participants to understand leadership as a science and then align that science to practical application and practice with their daily work task, interactions, strategies, and engagements with their leaders, peers, and teams.
