Event Description

LLNJ Skill Sharing Conversation

Topic: Skill-Sharing Conversation: Cooking Classes at the Library

Cooking programs at the library have grown in demand in recent years, among patrons of all ages. According to Public Libraries, "Hosting programs around cooking increases financial and/or health literacy and also offers the opportunity for tie-ins to cultural celebrations, cookbooks, and more."

Join us as we share advice on how to launch successful cooking programs and classes at your library. Come ready to share with and learn from your library colleagues across the state as we explore how to make the most of food-based programming, both in-person and virtual. All are welcome!
