This follow-up will cover the interview process, and how to make it more equitable for your library or organization.

This program, presented by a current HR professional, will discuss best practices as well as how to make the hiring process more inclusive, from both an interviewer and interviewee standpoint. The presentation will leave you more empowered to write inclusive job descriptions for a diverse workplace,  ensuring that you are making a strong impact on the talent you attract.

Attendees will learn:

  • How to clear hiring process, including do's and dont's
  • Best practices for interviewing applicants using HR practices

This presentation will not be recorded, but there will be an opportunity for Q&A.
