Get Your Act Together: Organization in G Suite

Get yourself organized and work more efficiently using Tasks in Google Calendar and Gmail, the Classroom Calendar, Google Keep (Google’s note taking service) and the Explore feature in Google Docs, Sheets and Slides and share these tips with your colleagues and patrons. We will also explore the latest features in Google Slides that you won’t want to miss. Google Tasks, Calendar, Classroom, Keep, Docs, Sheets and Slides are all free and secure. All you need is a Gmail account which is free and secure as well.

After participating in this program, you will be able to

  • Effectively utilize Tasks in Google Calendar and Gmail to improve your personal and professional organization
  • Take notes and incorporate images in an organized manner within Google Keep and share them with colleagues and students as well as insert them into Google Docs
  • Use the Explore feature in Google Drive to create citations, charts and graphs and appealing slide presentations
  • Demonstrate Tasks, Google Keep and Explore to your colleagues and patrons
