Melissa Depper

Melissa Depper is the Supervisor of the Early Literacy Specialists at the Arapahoe Library District, supporting, mentoring, and training staff as they serve the information needs of families with young children and provide exemplary literacy-based storytimes. Melissa is a founding member of Colorado Libraries for Early Literacy, an advisory group to the Colorado State Library that supports early literacy training and advocacy efforts, and is Selection Committee Chair for the new CLEL Bell Awards for Early Literacy, created to celebrate picture books that support early literacy development in young children.
