  • If you are using the Sample Site and have taken the video training offer, the support package break-down can be:
    • A 1.5-hour consultation call with screen share for answering questions, reviewing instructions, and documenting any changes the library would like for their site.
    • A 1-hour site audit, including a site review by New Media Solutions, including a list of suggestions for improvements.
    • A 1-hour follow-up phone call to review all suggested changes and establish priorities for updates.
    • 1.5 hours making changes in the order of priority set by the library.
