Finance/Administration Assistant - Paramus Public Library

Qualifications:

  • Bookkeeping experience, especially accounts payable and payroll.
  • Computer proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word a must.   Quickbooks preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, dependable and accurate.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • College preferred.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Vouchering vendors, fulfilling regulations, follow up and analysis of problem accounts.
  • Cash handling – collection to depositing and recording.
  • Payroll preparation.
  • Filing.

Assist in administration as necessary
