Qualifications:
- Bookkeeping experience, especially accounts payable and payroll.
- Computer proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word a must. Quickbooks preferred.
- Detail-oriented, organized, dependable and accurate.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- College preferred.
Responsibilities Include:
- Vouchering vendors, fulfilling regulations, follow up and analysis of problem accounts.
- Cash handling – collection to depositing and recording.
- Payroll preparation.
- Filing.
Assist in administration as necessary
