Oradell Public Library is seeking an enthusiastic and well organized part-time Administrative Assistant starting immediately
Administrative Assistant responsibilities include:
- Administration, office management, and assistance to the Director.
- Participation with team responsible for the processing of incoming and outgoing materials in the circulation delivery system in conjunction with the circulation staff as needed.
- Assistance to Director and Friends of the Library in public relations for advocacy and programming
Experience and Education Required:
- A minimum of two (2) years clerical work in an office environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Working knowledge of the BCCLS system preferred.
Hours and Salary:
- Part-time (25 hours per week), Monday through Friday with possible weekend
hours as needed, requested by the Director.
- Hourly wage based on qualifications and as determined and accepted.
