Meg Gerritsen Knodl

Meg Gerritsen Knodl is a senior librarian for Communications and Community Engagement at Hennepin County Library. Meg coordinates social media efforts for the forty-one library system. Meg spent the summer of 2011 working with for CoCo Collaborative Coworking in Minneapolis and St. Paul to learn more about the coworking movement. She co-coordinates an interactive conference called the Unsummit (www.unsummit.org) and is the cohost of Social Media Breakfast’s monthly podcast (www.smbmsp.org).  She was named 2011 Library Journal Mover and Shaker for her work with social media. Meg’s interests include coworking, community management, interactive marketing, and brand management for libraries.
