About Me

I'm an Adult Services Librarian at the Cherry Hill Public Library. I hold an MA (2007) in public history and an MLIS (2013), both from Rutgers University. I'm an organizer for Telling Untold Histories (April 2015), the first ever public history unconference in South Jersey/Philadelphia region; the unconference will focus on discussions of how to tackle difficult historical topics with the public. Within NJLA, I'm an active memeber of the Professional Development Committee. I'm also the incoming chair of the Member Communications Subcommittee. I'm also on the Leadership Team as a US Volunteer Coordinator. Before earning my MLIS, I was an independent researcher and writer for a handful of amazing organizations like the South Jersey Tourism Corporation, the Pew Center for Arts and Heritage, and the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance. In my free time, I read, write, and head out into the world to hear live music.
