About Me

I have been working with teens in public libraries for over 8 years now.  I've worked in libraries all over New Jersey but have spent most of my time in rural libraries. In my time working with teens I have created a teen volunteer program, fostered an active Teen Advisory Board, designed a new teen space, and have worked with schools in our county to provide outreach and resources.  I love hosting monthly Dungeons and Dragons campaigns for my teens and hosting Anime Club and various DIY programs both in-person and on the go.  I have served on various NJLA sections and committees and am currently co-chairing the Conference Committee.  I have also been on the ALA YALSA blogging team for Quick Picks for Reluctant Readers and am currently blogging for Best Fiction for Young Adults.
