I am currently the Director of the Sussex County Library System. My experience in a variety of public libraries—small, medium, & large; standalone, consortium member, & county system; municipal, county, & joint municipal/school—has given me a broad perspective on the challenges faced by the libraries of New Jersey.
My experience serving on a variety of boards—MAIN, NJLA, & LibraryLinkNJ in the profession; school and nonprofit boards outside—has helped me develop a perspective on statewide policy and organizations beyond libraries, as well.
