Magda Pecsenye runs Tilmor Group, a consulting group focusing on increasing engagement and productivity by treating employees well and managing to the Platinum Rule. She has an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelors in Comparative Literature from Bryn Mawr College. She fell into working with libraries on management and enjoys the challenges of working in an industry that has so many complex levers and metrics of performance.
