Before being appointed to Director of GCLS in 2018, Ralph served as Head of Reference & Digital Services after having worked in multiple roles at GCLS for more than 20 years. Over the past decade, Ralph has served on numerous statewide task forces and advisory groups including TOPCATS (as Chair), the LLNJ Executive Board, LLNJ Delivery Task Force, MentorNJ Task Force, NJSL LSTA Advisory Council, NJSL Database Advisory Committee, NJSL Statewide Services Task Force, the New Jersey Makers Day Board, and various NJLA Sections and Committees. In June 2022, Ralph received the NJLA Librarian of the Year Award.
