I am the Education and Curriculum Materials Librarian at the David and Lorraine Cheng Library at William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey. Also, I a former K-12 school library media specialist, high school social studies teacher, and elementary STEM teacher having worked for 13 years in an urban school district in northeastern Pennsylvania. I am currently serving on the American Library Association’s EBSS Curriculum Materials Center Committee and the American Library Association’s Committee on Education. Additionally, I am also currently serving on two New Jersey Library Association statewide committees and is co-chairing the Committee on Professional Development. My research interests include: academic libraries, school libraries, literacy, educational technology in Pre-K-12, male mentorship, partnerships, reading motivation, mental wellness and libraries, and Google Slides and Bitmoji.
