I'm Amanda Eigen and I'm Head of Library Services for Maplewood Memorial Library in Maplewood, NJ. I began my tenure at Maplewood as a part-time Adult Services librarian in 2004 and have been lucky to grow and find new challenges here ever since. I am an active member of our consortium, BCCLS, and a member of NJLA's Administration and Management Committee. I believe libraries are the beating heart of every community, our spaces and staff should be welcoming, and patrons should always leave wanting to return.
