Virtual Visit Summer Romance

Join us on Thursday, August 21, 2025 at 3pm EST as Ronni Davis, Kaitlyn Hill, Jason June, and Jackie Khalilieh share their enthusiasm for YA romance and chat about their latest books. All attendees will be eligible for a chance to win book-related prizes from our sponsors.

  • Ronni Davis is author of When the Stars Lead to You and contributor to the anthology You Too? Her latest book, This Night Is Ours, was published in 2024. She lives in Chicago with her husband Adam and her son Aidan. When she’s not writing, you can catch her playing the Sims, Stardew Valley, or Animal Crossing or planning her next trip to Disney World.
  • Kaitlyn Hill is a writer who lives to tell love stories and make people laugh. While books make up most of her personality, Kaitlyn also enjoys messy reality TV, has never met a tea she didn't like, and thrives on overly ambitious home improvement projects. She resides in Kentucky with her real life romance hero. Her latest book is Wild About You.
  • Jason June is a New York Times best-selling author who loves to create young adult contemporary rom-coms full of love and lust and hijinks, like Flopping in a Winter Wonderland. When not writing, JJ zips about Dallas, Texas. He loves dinosaurs, unicorns, Pomeranians, and anything magical that takes you to a different world or time.
  • Jackie Khalilieh is a Palestinian Canadian writer with a penchant for Samoyeds, to-do lists and staying up way too late. She is passionate about positive representation within her writing. Something More, her debut YA novel, was selected for several Best of 2023 lists. She resides just outside Toronto, Canada, with her husband and two daughters.

Moderator George Jreije is the Lebanese American author of many books, including the acclaimed Shad Hadid fantasy series, the Bashir Boutros fantasy series, and the upcoming graphic novels, Tarik's Bazaar Adventure as well as Lilo and the League of Librarians. He also writes short stories in collaboration with UNICEF, Kickstarter, and others. When not writing or helping other writers, George scours the world for delicious food and visits schools to spread his love of books!
