MentorNJ Mega Meet-up 2026

Join the MentorNJ Task Force for our annual Mega Meet-up, providing library staff an opportunity to share in networking, peer support, and learning! Whether you're a veteran MentorNJ participant or will be joining us for the first time, all are welcome at this fun, full-day virtual event. This year's Mega Meetup schedule includes: 

• 10:30am EST: Panel Discussion on Leadership

• 1pm EST: Breakout Discussions (Un-conference style open discussion)

  • Building a Career Path That Works for You, Moderated by Dave Costa
  • Getting Involved in the Profession Beyond Your Library, Moderated by Doug Baldwin
  • Working Within the System: Productive Advocacy, Moderated by Caitlyn Haley
• 2pm EST: Better Together - A MentorNJ/MentorTN Overview
