Event Description
What: LibraryLinkNJ Annual Membership Meeting. This event will be limited to a Business Meeting only.
Time:
- 1:00 - 2:00 pm: Registration & Networking, with light refreshments
- 2:00 pm: Business Meeting
Please join us and cast your vote in person to be a part of LibraryLinkNJ as we move forward into FY20 and beyond. LibraryLinkNJ’s Staff and Executive Board are currently developing and finalizing the FY20 Budget, Service Initiatives, and Board slate.
- At the Membership Meeting, we will ask the Voting Representatives in attendance to affirm these documents, which will shape our work in FY20 (July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2020)
- Voting is in person only. In accordance with a recent review of our bylaws, we can only accept votes cast in person by Voting Representatives or their proxy-holders.
- We cannot provide a mechanism for online voting.
- We are happy to offer members who cannot attend in-person the opportunity to join us online to listen and ask questions. Click here for for more information and instructions

- We will hold a Virtual Town Hall on Thursday, May 23 regarding the Proposed FY20 Budget
Who:
- Voting Representatives:
- We can only accept votes cast in person, so your presence to vote is essential.
- We should have you listed as the Voting Representative for your library or school district in our database.
- You can double-check this status by going to the Voting Representative List.
- Please complete the Voting Representative Update Form (user login required), if the information for your library needs to be updated.
- Voting Representatives are being given priority to register first, followed by the general membership. Registration details below.
- Proxy Voting:
- Due to a petition to change the bylaws and a nomination by petition for Member-at-Large for the Executive Board, we are extending the proxy deadline to Friday, May 31, 2019 at 5 pm.
- Per our bylaws, a Voting Representative is limited to representing up to two other Voting Representatives by proxy.
- If you are a Voting Representative and are unable to attend:
- Meeting registration is filled.
- Your proxy must be another Official Voting Representative who is already registered for the membership meeting.
- Proxy Designation Form for the Spring Membership Meeting 2019 - The Proxy Form is closed.
- General Members:
- Registration for the general membership will take place after that of the Voting Representatives. Registration details below.
