Hi, I'm Rosy! I believe the role of libraries is access, and the role of library staff is advocacy. I've worked in a municipal library, a library consortium and now in a county library system. My career started in teen services and has grown to managing teams that primarily serve adult library users- at the core of every role I've held is a passion for connecting the community to what they need and supporting staff in meeting those needs!
