WHAT: LibraryLinkNJ Annual Membership Meeting. This event will be limited to a Business Meeting only.

  • At the Membership Meeting, we will ask the Voting Representatives in attendance to affirm the documents on the agenda, which will shape our work in FY21 (July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021)
  • Voting Representatives - Your presence at this membership meeting is very essential. Because the meeting is virtual, we will not be able to accommodate proxy voting.

WHO: Voting Representatives

  • In order to ensure a quorum of Voting Representatives, the registration for this membership meeting is limited to Voting Representatives only. We also have a limited capacity for our Zoom meeting room. 
  • For the general membership, we will record the meeting and the recording will be available here after the meeting. 
  • We can only accept online votes cast by voting reps, so your presence to vote is essential.
  • We should have you listed as the Voting Representative for your library or school district in our database.
  • You can double-check this status by going to the Voting Representative List.
  • Please complete the Voting Representative Update Form (user login required), if the information for your library needs to be updated.
